What do you do with the Thanksgiving leftovers?

My family's top 5 favorites are:

The ever-popular turkey sandwiches (sliced or in a turkey salad)
Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey and Cheese Enchildas
Turkey and Rice Soup
Turkey Divan

What are some of yours? What about Ham leftovers? :P

I love Thanksgiving at Grandma Stoner's, but with 14 people and a 27 lb. bird, there wasn't much left! When I do have leftovers, we enjoy:

Turkey Tacos
Turkey Noodle Soup

...and of course, just snacking on cold chunks right out of the fridge. Our dog Tilly enjoys this too.

Our favorite with left over turkey is the ever popular casserole. In fact we enjoyed Turkey Tetrazinni last night. You can substitute turkey for any chicken casserole recipe also.
