Hello my name is Heather Streberger. I kinda stumbled apon this by accident but I am glad I found it. I am hoping that somebody can help me. I noticed on the family list that I am not on there. I am the first born grand daughter to Sharon Hixson in 25 years. I am James T. Streberger's first born. Then to follow is my brother Corey R. Streberger. Corey has two sons now John Thomas Streberger and Zachary Joesph Streberger. Corey will be married shortly to Brandy Bolos. If this could please be added I would appreciate it. Also my mothers name is Terry Lynn Streberger (Buckland). Well I hope to hear from someone soon. This is a great idea who ever started it. Thank you.

Where did you search for your name, Heather?
If you click on the Fenrich Family Tree link, then click on the Individual List link at the top of the tree, then click on the letter S, you will find your name. It also has your father and brother, but not your mother. None of the details show because you are still living.
Don will probably be adding the other information soon, but I thought you might want to know how to find someone on a family tree.
Regards,
Sharon

Hey thanks for that bit of info, but that is exactly how I did it. My name and my mothers name are not on there. Check for yourself. Like I said, if someone can let Don know I would appreciate it.

Welcome to YOUR family website Heather... I'm so happy that you found us!
I just checked the Fenrich Family Tree database, and you ARE included as Sharon mentioned above. A "standard" proceedure in genealogy is to not include information on the living for privacy purposes. We can add all this information to our GEDCOM files, but choose not to post it on the internet.
Can you share additional information with us? Help us fill in the blanks? Tell us a little bit about you and your family? Even send us some photos!
My son and I started this website as a gift, to share all the hard work my father (Donald R. Fenrich Jr.) has done collecting genealogy information. So far, we have attracted family members from far and wide... YOU for example!
Please share this information with other members of your family and invite them to participate... You'd be surprised how much fun it is, and how much you can learn about your "roots".
I look forward to hearing from you again!
Cheryl Fenrich Stoner

Did you then click on the "Close Relatives" button once you clicked on your name?
Try this link:

and then click the button.

After I replied back to you I checked and I had been added but stilll my Mother and nephew have not. I guess any info that you need, just ask and I will tell you what I know. As for pictures I will have to get some good ones and send them. I think this is all pretty need. I was shocked to see that there was such a thing. So how do the McDonnell's fit in with the Fenrichs?

Also My grandfathers name was John Francis Streberger. He married Sharon Hixson. He is named Mr. Streberger in here. He passed away I believe in 1989 on May 19th. I was only 10 years old. He was a grosse pointe Firemen and he also severed in the war. I will gather more info if you would like.

Hello Heather,
I'm Donald R. Fenrich, Jr. and the family historian. I'm sorry you didn't see yourself on the Fenrich Family Tree. Most of the information regarding yourself and Corey and subsequent Strebergers came to us from Sharton Stefani, Bonnie Dell Fenrich's cousin.
In the print version of the Fenrich Family Tree you are member #78 and our information says you were born on 22 Feb 1979. You are in the eighth generation of Fenrich's (and their offspring) removed from the earliest known FENRICH. His name was Michael and his name was spelled FAHNRICH by the church scribes in 1788.
Heather, you can locate yourself by going to the Family Tree, then to the individual list, click on the folks listed under "S" and you see yourself, some of your ancestors and your descendants (that we know of today.)
I'd like to request that we know some specifics about your Mother, as our list does not include her...only your Dad, James T. Streberger who was born on 20 December 1956, correct?
In the parlance of Genealogy, it is the accepted norm to not divulge any personal information on a living person and that's why there's not more on you or yours. I'll be happy to receive any information you have and place it in the print version of the Fenrich Family Tree as long as I have the release to print this data from yourself and those you mention.
Release on the material in print about you came from Sharon Stefani.
And, although unfair, the Geological Family Tree traces the male Fenrich's and not the female lineage. Several people have begun their own Family Trees following the females in the various generations, and that's as it should be.
Please don't hesitate to write directly to me. My email address is dfenjr@sanctum.com. Or, if you prefer to contact me via the message board at the Fenrich Family website, please don't hesitate to do so.
Again, thanks for joining the Fenrich Family Website as a registered member. We look forward to many contributions from you and yours.
Very sincerely yours,
Donald R. Fenrich, Jr. (#53) :-)
