Kevin and Keri Lowe (Kevin is the son of Charles and Phyllis Lowe) had their baby girl, 8 lb. 15 oz. and 21.5 inches long, Isabella Rose at approximately 8:19PM on Friday, May 2, 2003. She was eight days overdue and they were very happy to have her finally arrive. She is very beautiful and looks like her mother.
Congratulations to the entire family.

What a beautiful name... Isabella Rose Lowe. Congratulations to Kevin and Keri, they must be so proud! Can't wait to see a photo of the little Angel. :lol:
