But a new study published today said moderate exercise such as a brisk walk five times a week has no impact on the risk of dying from heart disease.

This is interesting... I thought my walks at dog beach were improving my health! Guess I better start running up & down the hills instead of gabbing with my friends.

Still think a brief walk around the block is better than sitting on the couch eating Ronda's home made strawberry cheesecake... but not nearly as fun.

Oh no! Does this mean I should stop my morning walk? Just wait for a new study to contradict this one. Should be published any time now. Researchers can't make up their minds.
