Richard Petersen, linked to us through the Carnahan lineage, has sent more entries to the family tree, including how he got in there :)

Here is the text of his message:

I see that folk are looking for "the rest of the story", meaning just where do I come in. Here goes.
I left off with Martha Jane and James W Mathewson. One of their daughters was Lois, 2-26-1901 to 6-6-62. She married Lillard Mason Foreman, 9-20-1899 to 1-7-68, on 3-29-24. They had one child, Martha Jane. She married Harvey Merle Petersen. I am their son.
I think that is enough, with all the concerns about privacy on the Net. Those who have or want more on the Mathewsons or other ancestors may email me.

Thanks Richard and we will have that new information added real soon.

Thank you Richard and Sharon for updating our family tree. I'd like to start a discussion about privacy issues on our site and the internet. As Sharon has explained to Richard, any "living" family members that are added to the GEDCOM file (and all people with no added date of death) are listed as "living" and no information is displayed about that person. It is a feature built in to genealogy programs and is for our safety and privacy.
I am not as educated about these GEDCOM files as Sharon or Dad (Don Fenrich Jr.) as they are our "pro" genealogists, but would ask that both of them add comments about this issue...maybe explain it a litte further. ;)
