I received them in under a week and was pleasantly surprised! They are nice mugs with the logo "baked" on vs. just screen printed. I've ran them in the dishwasher a few times already with no signs of wear... pretty cool! If you want a special logo, picture, family crest, etc. on a mug or other item, just send us the logo and well put the item up in the store & you can order it yourself. Cheryl :D
