I usually make a double batch of this because DJ can eat one by himself, but I will put the ingredients and cooking time for one batch here.
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 cup cut-up cooked turkey
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 cup Original Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
STIR remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
BAKE about 30 minutes or until golden brown. 6 servings

My kind of dinner... quick and easy! I have one question though... do you just pour the batter over the top of the mixture?

It just goes into the mixture and bakes into a crust.
