Kevin and Keri Lowe (Kevin is the son of Charles and Phyllis Lowe) had their baby girl, 8 lb. 15 oz. and 21.5 inches long, Isabella Rose at approximately 8:19PM on Friday, May 2, 2003. She was eight days overdue and they were very happy to have her finally arrive. She is very beautiful and looks like her mother.
