This site has oodles of links to direct you for help. It is really organized well and I find myself consulting it very frequently. I always put it in my favorites both at home and at work.

This little gem has what all linguaphiles love: dictionaries, thesauri, anagram lists, acronym lists, and my personal favorite--AWAD (a word a day). You sign up for the free services and they are sent to you daily at the email address you specify. I love learning a new word every day.
