Genealogy and family history can be studied on the maps. The online collection is an expanding cross section of digital images designed to highlight the depth of the collection."

The David Rumsey collection is truly awesome. I've printed out enlarged sections of one map (1851-Baden) and am amazed by the detail and clarity.
