Isaac's adoption is now final....we would like to legally welcome our son Isaac Alan-MacRae Dearing...into the Lowe family!!!!!

Congratulations! Isaac is a fine addition to the Lowe family. As I mentioned earlier it's been a long time coming - but well worth it to gain such a wonderful son. It would be nice if you could post a photo of Isaac -and the rest of your family on the website.
